The highlight of this home is the expansive indoor/outdoor flow, which seamlessly connects the living areas to the beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. Take in breathtaking views of the ocean, Mission Bay, Sea World, Downtown, and Point Loma from the comfort of the outdoor sofas and lounge chairs. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with bar seating makes cooking a breeze while others relax in the oversized hot tub or swim in the huge solar-heated swimming pool. Sip cocktails around the fire pit on the raised deck and soak in the stunning views over San Diego and the Pacific Ocean.

Inside, the home features three open living areas with ample seating, including a formal dining room that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The bedrooms are spread out throughout the home, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility. The first bedroom off the entry boasts a King size bed, writing desk, flat screen TV, two closets, and a seating area. The formal living room with large sofa sectionals leads to the outdoor patio, sofas, dining table, and kitchen. The light and bright Primary Bedroom has two walls of glass doors opening to the backyard and a modern enclosed glass fireplace. The ensuite Primary Bathroom features a jetted corner tub, a large custom shower, double vanities, and plenty of closet space. The other bedrooms include a Queen size bed with a relaxing seating area and hammock chair, a kids' room with two Twin beds and access to the garden, and more.

The home's central gathering place is the fully equipped kitchen with a large island, double gas oven, microwave/speed cooking oven, induction stove top, dishwasher, and deep kitchen sink. Everything a group needs for entertaining and cooking is provided, including a coffee maker, blender, food processor, hand mixer, Instant Pot pressure cooker, bakeware, glass baking pans, glass food storage containers, pots, and pans, serving platters, salad spinner, salad bowl, mixing bowls, measuring spoons and cups, cooking utensils, silverware, and dinnerware sets.

In addition, the quaint, fully equipped Casita offers a self-sufficient living space with a Queen size bedroom and bathroom, full kitchen, dining table, living room, TV, laundry appliances, and patio seating area.

Parking is abundant with a gated entry that parks 4, a garage for at least 2, and driveway space for 3-4 vehicles. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are provided. A full-service concierge will take care of your arrival and planning details, including pre-arrival groceries, airport transfers, and custom experiences such as yacht parties and private dinners on the beach.

Please note that pool heat is solar, but a heater is available for an additional cost for the pool and oversized hot tub. Pool heating may not be available during the winter months due to its size. Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. The maximum occupancy of the home is 14 people, and guests must be a minimum of 35 years or older to book. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups, with a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties.

This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise, and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced. No outside noise after 10 pm, otherwise the police will be called and the violation will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000.00 fine.

Please be aware every reservation check-in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company -- self-check-ins are not allowed.  The cut-off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day.  ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory.  Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
