Overview
Extensive terraces surround the large 50ft x 30ft.(15m x 10m) infinity pool and Jacuzzi and a poolside gazebo area provides ample space for shaded outdoor dining and lounging.
All four bedrooms feature large en-suite baths with showers and two are part of a "Master Suite" which includes a private outdoor terrace and large outdoor Jacuzzi tub on a deck overlooking the lagoon. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, facing the infinity pool and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area. An additional one-bedroom, one-bath unit is located on a lower level below the pool.
The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon.
