Once you enter the villa, there is a lovely foyer area and you will go down some stairs to the main living area. The open plan includes the spacious living area, state-of-the-art custom kitchen, dining area, bar area and a full bathroom. This main area opens onto the patio and pool area where you can take in the tropical breezes and enjoy the fantastic views.

The main level includes a spacious living area, state-of-the-art custom kitchen, dining area with over sized island, bar area with beer fridge and ice maker and a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen will compliment any discerning chef. Dine alfresco on the over sized terrace overlooking the pool. Relax, unwind and plug & play your smart phone to listen to your favorite music on the indoor & outdoors surround sound stereo system, the villa also offers free WiFi and the use of an island cell phone.

Spend your days lounging by the pool or go for a stroll to the beach. At night you can dine at five star restaurants or enjoy a more relaxed meal, many choices only a short drive away, both Dutch and French side. If you decide to stay in, we can have one of our private chefs prepare a delicious personalized meal for you or pick up a fresh lobster at Captain Olivers and create your own magic. If you’re up to some shopping you can go to Philipsburg where you will find plenty of deals. Watch out for the little monkeys on the side of the road on your way to Oyster Pond, they are adorable.
