Suite Accommodations~

The villa’s five suites are designed to invite nature indoors with clean lines, natural materials, and a focus on form and function. Outdoor showers are surrounded by lush foliage while floor-to-ceiling windows disappear into the walls, offering sweeping sea views and direct access to one of two infinity edge pools. 

Gustavia Suite~

The villa’s largest accommodation is located on the top floor and features a private, drive-up entrance, separate dressing room, walk-in closet, and custom furnishings including an onyx and mother-of-pearl headboard and chaise and armchairs inspired by Vladimir Kagan.

Beautifully appointed amenities include a 917 sq. ft. suite. Located on Level +1.  Sweeping views of the sea, mountains, harbor, and city.  Furnished terrace, private outdoor garden, king-size bed plus, Egyptian cotton linens, indoor soaking tub, retractable 49-inch TV, Wi-Fi, mini-bar, Espresso machine, tea kettle, and safe. 

St. Jean Suite~

Set on the top floor, this suite offers ample indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the sea view and custom furnishings from India Mahdavi and Minotti.

Beautifully appointed amenities include a 439 sq. ft. suite. Located on Level +1.  Sweeping views of the sea, mountains, harbor, and city.  Furnished terrace, private outdoor garden,  floating king-size bed plus, Egyptian cotton linens, outdoor rain shower, retractable 49-inch TV, Wi-Fi, mini-bar, Espresso machine, tea kettle, and safe. 

Colombier Suite~

Inspired by the marina and sea view, this suite features blue Cassina Utrecht chairs, white leather, and chrome accents from Minotti and Bernhardt, and a custom onyx and mother-of-pearl headboard.

Located on Level 2.  Sweeping views of the sea, mountains, harbor, and city.  Furnished terrace, direct pool access, private outdoor garden, king-size bed plus, Egyptian cotton linens, outdoor rain shower overlooking a waterfall, retractable 49-inch TV, Wi-Fi, mini-bar, Espresso machine, tea kettle, and safe. 

Gouverneur Suite~

This large suite features an outdoor Japanese soaking tub and custom furnishings from Reda Amalou, B&B Italia, and Minotti.

Saline Suite~

A mirror to Suite Four, this spacious accommodation features an outdoor Japanese soaking tub and custom furnishings from Reda Amalou, B&B Italia, and Minotti.

Whether it’s lattes and acai bowls at sunrise or chilled cava and grilled scallops on a star-filled night, food at Embrace is on-demand—whatever you want, whenever you want it. Our in-house chef is on hand to prepare whatever you desire and translates every request into creative, beautifully presented dishes that pair perfectly with bottles from our extensive wine cellar. Food and beverages can be enjoyed alfresco or in the main dining area featuring Casa Fendi bar stools and a custom, marina-inspired table from Italy’s Barbarini & Gunnell. 

Casual Off-Site~ 

L’Isoletta: A true “Roman style” pizzeria right in the center of Gustavia, L’Isoletta treats you to a variety of delicious pizzas at any hour of the day and late into the evening. Add some good Italian wine and settle down comfortably at one of the low tables on the covered terrace. 

Le Select: Bar and grill restaurant serving American cuisine. 

Fish Corner: In the heart of Gustavia, Fish Corner is both a charming local restaurant serving primarily local fish accented by decidedly Caribbean flavors and a fish market with the catch of the day ready to take home. 

Eddies: Hidden in the heart of Gustavia, Eddy's tropical garden welcomes you in Saint Barthelemy since 1995 to offer an experience mixing French and local cuisine. Come with your family, friends, or as a couple and enjoy a menu full of flavors elaborated by our Chef Franck. A wide choice of wine, cocktails, and spirits will enliven your evening.  

Fine Off-Site~ 

Orega: In the center of Gustavia, just a few steps away from the giant anchor resting across from the Anglican Church, is Orega (“it’s mine” in Japanese). A newcomer to the gourmet scene in Saint Barth, this restaurant quickly developed a stellar reputation.  Serves authentic Japanese cuisine.  Open for dinner daily.  Reservations recommended. 

Bonito St. Barths: A casual and chic family restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Would like you to consider Bonito a “second home.” Located in a beautiful traditional wood-dwelling laid on the hillside, the building was originally a large private beach house designed to guests feel comfortable, by themselves, or with family and friends.  The cuisine is French, with spiced flavors directly from South America, and of course, fish is especially honored.  Open for dinner daily.  Reservations recommended. 

L’ Isola St. Barths: Ringing the flavors and essence of Italian cuisine to St Barth, L’ISOLA is renowned for its sophisticated Italian recipes, prepared using only the very finest ingredients imported directly from Italy. An elegant restaurant plus a lovely warm ambiance adds up to a memorable culinary experience.  Open for dinner.  Reservations recommended. 

La Guerite: Located on Gustavia’s Harbor, with its Mediterranean-inspired decor, la Guérite Saint-Barthelemy will make you travel from the lemon trees of Amalfi's to the Cyclades. From grills to aromatic herbs and marinades, Chef Yiannis Kiorglou and his team are inviting you for an unforgettable food experience.  Open for dinner.  Reservations recommended.
