Overview

From the open and airy two story foyer, take in the amazing wildlife that abounds near Bufflehead Pond. Oversized sliding glass doors from the formal living room open onto a spacious deck where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Just to the left of the formal living room is where you will find the hub of the house.

Meal preparation is a snap in the gourmet kitchen and family can gather in the large adjacent family room to watch a movie after a full day of exploring the island. Grill out on the screened in porch and go for an after dinner swim in the gorgeous crystal clear pool.

The main floor includes a large master bedroom with en-suite bath, a study and full guest bath with direct deck access. This bedroom features a TV with cable and Apple TV.

Second floor includes a loft style TV area with wet bar and mini fridge, game table and three additional bedrooms - two double, queen and second king master retreat, all with en-suite bathrooms.
