Upstairs on the second level, two bedrooms each include a King bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. The fourth bedroom has two Queen beds and shares a full bathroom with the fifth bedroom, which is furnished with a Queen bed.

Guests in this home are afforded access to two bays in the garage (includes a Tesla charger, available for guest use, free of charge), and an elevator that offers transport from the ground/garage level up to both levels of the home. A whole-house generator is ready in the rare case of a power interruption.

The Preserve is one of Kiawah Island's most desirable neighborhoods and is just a short ride to the beach, golf courses & world class dining. Beach parking for Boardwalk 41 is just 9 minutes away, off of Ocean Marsh Drive. With over 30 miles of paved trails on the island, bikes are also a great way to get around.
