Thirteen steps lead to the front door – that opens to a spacious room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lagoon and pool area. The living room is furnished with a sofa, four chairs and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen/dining area opens to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has four bar stools and a café table with two chairs. The dining table seats eight. The dining/living area leads to the back deck that features a gas grill and seating overlooking the pool and lagoon. The private den with sleeper sofa, flat screen TV/DVD is off the living room. A half-bath is located on the first floor.
