The living room has a TV and is newly furnished - this area opens up to a fantastic kitchen. Featuring a gas cooktop, updated appliances and an island with bar stools - the spacious kitchen has all your cooking needs covered. Open to the kitchen is a dining area that also overlooks the pool and lagoon.

On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with king bed, TV, large private bathroom and doors to patio area. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen and twin bed, TV and private bathroom. Several steps will bring you the large den area. The den is outfitted with a TV, sleeper sofa, ping pong table and private bathroom - a great escape for the kids in your group.

More steps bring you to the top level. The third bedroom has a king and twin bed, TV, and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a small room with a sleeper sofa and TV - ideal for children. The fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and private bathroom.

The inviting outdoor covered porch has a private bathroom and shower - convenient for showering off after beach and pool time. Five lounge chairs and three umbrellas around the pool and and an outdoor dining table on the porch, gas grill, and additional seating and lounge chairs around the pool complete all you need!
