Condo Violeta is located on the the third floor and shares a pool with seven other Hacienda de Mita units. It has a spectacular balcony with unimpeded views both south and north. Because of the way Building 4 is positioned, jutting out closer to the beach than the other beachfront buildings, the Punta de Mita town lights are completely in view to the left and the golf course in view to the right. Marietas island is also easily visible.
