Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite residential section of Puerto Vallarta, the villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life, and only 17 minutes from the airport - no rental car needed. The Estate has spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, its beaches, and the tranquil Bay of Banderas.The 17,000 square foot villa and its waterfront acre of lush tropical landscaping create an ideal setting for its eleven graciously sized bedrooms.
The oversized swimming pool and outdoor bar can accommodate a fully booked estate. There is direct access to the beach and beautiful views over Banderas Bay.
Treat yourself to a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, yoga or Pilates instruction, without leaving the premises. Reservations should be made prior to arrival and may be arranged through our office manager.
