Overview

If you have a list of features you look for in a luxury holiday villa, you will find that list ticked nearly all the way through: good views, large lawn and pool area, shade and outdoor dining, modern kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool table, table tennis, close to the beach and marina, heatable pool…everything is ready for a perfect stay.

We especially like the internal courtyard area and the use of glass that allows light to fill the living spaces, whilst most bedrooms have direct access to the gardens and terraces.

Get ready for long lazy days under the Algarvian sunshine either paddling in the pool or reclining on a sun lounger, a lingering barbecue lunch with the family in the shade, before popping to the nearby marina for an evening stroll and to enjoy the bars.

Golf is never far away in the Algarve and the proximity of the Millennium course will be an irresistible draw for some. The nearest beach is at Praia da Falesia, just a few minutes drive away.

The nearest airport is Faro (18km), and the nearest shops and restaurants are 1km away.

Tax Service Charge Details*
Pool heating on request at €400 per week
A local tourist tax must be paid for any guests over the age of 16. The charge during low season (November 1st - March 31st) is 5 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights) and during high season (April 1st - October 31st) it is 10 Euros per person (for stays of 5 consecutive nights). Payment of this tax will be billed with the balance of the booking
