The Main House

Mountain elegance abounds in this 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bathroom estate, which towers majestically above the clear blue waters of Fontana Lake. Professional designers and architects created this masterpiece in 2008. Huge mountain boulders create the palette on which sits nearly 7,500 square feet of living space adorned with the finest quality finishes and decor.

The main floor features a huge great room with towering stone fireplaces both indoors and out. Luxury furnishings and modern amenities are everywhere, including the adjacent chef's kitchen, which of course is completely outfitted with high quality appliances from the Thermador range to the Miele espresso machine built-in to the formal dining room hutch. Also, on the main floor you will find a wine room and half-bath at the entry foyer as well as a king bedroom suite we call the ""portico"" bedroom.

Down the custom stairway to the lower level, you will find a family feast of fun and entertainment from the slate billiard table, to the huge leather sectional home theatre pit, to the large, salt-water hot tub on the covered patio. You enter through an outside entrance in to a shared lobby area with wet bar / coffee station and a shared bathroom. There is a bedroom on each side of the lobby: one king and one double-queen.
