Overview

The exterior's façade is faced with rounded beach stones, called popples gathered from the property's grounds. From the wraparound verandah, head down onto the expansive lawn, stroll to your own private beach and swim right in the Atlantic Ocean.

This three-story Arts & Crafts-style home is spacious and filled with natural light. Beautiful pine wood floors, custom woodworking, a cozy library, dining room, a gourmet kitchen, and half bath. Four bedrooms and two full baths make up the second floor. The third floor has two additional bedrooms, a second den, and full bath, in addition to incredible views.

In downtown Rockport, you can explore shops, restaurants and cafes, art galleries, the performing arts center, and beaches. Drive or take the train to Salem, Boston, or other surrounding communities for easy day trips.

The Ground Floor is where you will find the living area, a bright and spacious living area with a couch and chairs, an ornamental fireplace, and water views. The dining area is also on this level and benefits from a large table that seats up to eight guests. The library features a leather couch, beautiful custom built-in shelving for the library and media center with flat screen TV.

The updated custom gourmet kitchen comes with a high-end stove, modern appliances, and plenty of counter space. A center island serves as additional prep space or as a breakfast nook. The first bathroom is also located just off of the kitchen.

The second floor is where you will find the first bedroom which has queen bed and sitting area. The master bedroom comes with a queen bed with cabinets, multiple closets and en-suite full bath (master en suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity). Bedroom three has a queen bed and sitting area and is next to another bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Bedroom four has a queen size bed.

The staircase then takes you up to bedroom five which has two twin beds. The den is on the third floor and benefits from extra sleeping space (futon couch) as well as a desk, and flat screen TV offering a quiet space to work or gather. The two bedrooms are accessed through this sunny room.  The final bedroom is located in the nook and has a full-sized bed.

Enjoy the natural surroundings either in the enclosed porch or on the open wraparound verandah overlooking the large lawn and backyard toward the stunning expansive views of the ocean. The screened deck includes outdoor furniture for al-fresco dining or simply relaxing. From the porch back, head across the lawn to access the rocky beach.
