Our family and a couple of friends spent a week at Villa Tullia the end of May. It was a beautiful home, very modern and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was a meal we all cooked together with our private chef Francesco and his cooking partner Christiano. It was great fun and the food we learned to prepare was a delicious meal we all later enjoyed. The views from the Villa are lovely and this area is convenient for taking side trips to wineries, Florence, Sienna and just enjoying the peaceful, charming town of Cortona. Our hosts Francesco and Sylvia were warm, welcoming and helpful. It was a trip we will always treasure. - L. Higgins

Villa Tullia was recently and beautifully restored featuring a contemporary look and style. All rooms are very bright and airy thanks to their wide windows from where to admire, in blissful ecstasy, the beautiful and striking Tuscan countryside.
The villa is set in one of the most requested locations and walking distance to town. It is an independent three-story villa nestled in a peaceful spot, part of an expansive estate with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. The historical town of Cortona is a few minutes walk from the villa and if you are looking to stroll to town and come home from dinner on foot, do not look any further, this is the place to stay.
On the same estate there is an additional independent cottage for 4 guests with its own private swimming pool and garden, which can be rented together with the main villa. Each of these units has private grounds and completely respects the privacy of the guests.
