At this beautiful villa with private pool, there is air-conditioning in all the house apart from the single bedroom, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo. Furthermore, the bedrooms are spacious and the ones on the first floor have all their own bathroom. The kitchen has been equipped with all modern equipment such as microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler and other utensils for those looking to cook and enjoy al fresco dining under the wide covered veranda overlooking the pool. The close distance to the pool is perfect for family with young children as can watch their children while enjoying the shade.  At a short walking distance there is a small sport center where is possible to play tennis.

This property is ideal for those looking to spend time in the countryside while being very close to a city – the stunning city of Lucca is just 15km away. Conveniently located in Colle di Compito, it is also very close by the coast of Versilia and guests have easy access to the main Tuscany sightseeing such as Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano etc.

For large groups, the owners rent also the property next door (Uva) which sleeps 6 guests.
