Adjacent is the spacious dining room provided with large tables that can host up 20 guests. The traditional kitchen is perfectly equipped for the cooking enthusiasts.

The expansive grounds of this great villa allow the mind to open as well as to relax. Meditate among the serenity of the ancient olive trees or enjoy the sun on a chaise lounge next the shimmering swimming pool. A great place to sip wine, have a conversation or just simply be!
Sublimia is a typic Apulia structure featuring thick double-leaf walls traditionally built from solid limestone blocks, supporting a corbelled dome that keeps the dwelling cool during the hot summers. The villa is set in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by farmed land, and guarantees silence and privacy. The city of Ostuni is a 20-minute drive away, and Ceglie Messapica which is a beautiful medieval town with some good restaurants and a great atmosphere, is 10 minutes away. You can reach the beaches in 30 minutes by car.
