The expansive patio or inside the earthy dining room for simple preparations done right, with all the locally grown produce, herbs, and spices we can find. Plus, a featured lineup of drinks for sharing and pairing — think large-format cocktails made with fresh fruit juice and international wines you won’t find elsewhere on the island. Vos Café & Bar: Combining Coffee & Cocktails or All-Day Indulgences - No matter what time of day you need a pick-me-up, Vos has you covered. In the morning, the sleek Mod Bar Espresso system whips up specialty coffees to go with light breakfast options like coconut bread and overnight oats. By midday, the space transforms into a bustling bar, offering classic cocktails, local beers, and rustic island-inspired bites that always hit the spot. With its pool tables and TVs, the loungey all-day social hub is designed for fun and happens to have a terrace that is THE best spot to watch the sunset.  Open daily for coffee and grab n’ go and Tuesday to Saturday for cocktails, bar menu, and snacks.

Sea Cat: California-Inspired Beachfront Bar Bites - Toes in the sand, taco in hand, what could be better? Sea Cat channels the Caribbean Sea with a bit of California surf shack. Frozen drinks and ice-cold beer are featured alongside perfectly executed poolside fare. So, pull up a chair for your daily dose of beachside laze, picturesque views, and a foot-tapping tune from your first dip until the sun sets.  Open daily.

The Drop Off: An Effortlessly Cool Evening Hangout - At the south end of the idyllic Iron Shore, follow the scent of the wood-fired grill smoke to find The Drop Off. This specialty beach bar is everything you want in an evening hangout that happens to be on a beautiful beach with a coral wall as its backdrop: killer rum-based cocktails, freshly caught seafood, and a kick-your-sandals-off environment. Here, the volume goes up as the sun goes down.  Open Wednesday to Saturday

Kao Kamasa Spa: Magic awaits as the ancient past meets modern luxury. Inspired by the cultural traditions of the Pesh, an indigenous Honduran ethnic group, our curated spa treatments transport you to a state of tranquility. Innovative offerings like a Painted Jade Restorative Facial or a Pesh Obsidian Palm Stone Ritual are as indulgent as they are exceptional. Pre- or post-treatment, rotate through our interior soaking pools featuring color therapy, salinity variations, and temperature gradients.
