Beach Details
Barefoot swimming beach access diagonally across the street.
This cove-front home offers serene waters for docking a rental boat, charter boat pick-up and drop-off, plus kayaking or paddle boarding with no waves. 2 tandem kayaks provided complimentary.
The cove sits on a bioluminescent bay, one of the few throughout the world and one of the island's most popular night-time tourist attraction. On a moonless night, guests can launch kayaks off the villa's dock for a bio-tour of the glowing phytoplankton—an experience not to be missed!
Short walk to Rum Point Club and its fantastic barefoot beach, watersports, and pick-up beach volleyball games.

Location Details
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
Rum Point Club (barefoot beach, watersports, restaurants, gift shop, volleyball games): 8 minute walk
Kaibo Yacht Club (fine-dining, beach bar and grill, marina): 5 minute drive
Morritt's and The Reef Resort (beaches, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, watersports, oceanfront pools): 20 minute drive
Villa Notes
Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
