Overview

Situated in a very quiet location offering total privacy in a peaceful setting with a with a heated pool, it is the perfect villa to relax and enjoy life, yet close to St Tropez and a 5 minute drive to the beaches.

The villa sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms with bath/shower rooms and has a large open plan living room with dining area with French doors to the terrace.  It is tasteful furnished, light with airy rooms, comfortable furniture, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The covered terrace has lost of exterior comfortable chairs and tables for dining al fresco looking out towards the extensively planted garden with the heated 10 x5 m swimming pool and distant sea views. There is a large lawn ideal for children and ample parking.

The charming and popular seaside port of St Tropez is nearby with its abundance of fish restaurants. The well-known beach of Pampelonne with the famous Club 55 is only a few miles away and can be seen from the garden.
