Guests staying at this property will wake up every morning to a breath-taking panorama. In fact, the sea views can be enjoyed from every room in the property, providing the perfect setting to your vacation on the French Riviera. Further features include the heatable infinity pool, the Hammam, the al fresco dining and lounging terraces and the direct access to the sea and the scenic pathway leading all along the peninsula.

Set on a private grounds of 2,400 m2 is the private infinity pool with Roman steps, sunbathing decking terrace, with luxurious sun-loungers and parasols. A covered terrace with lounge and dining areas is in front of the house on the pool level. The villa features marvellous sea views. There are two terraced gardens, the lower one has a grassy lawn and direct access to the sea. There is private parking, a jetty (to allow collection by boat) and direct access to rocky beach.

The property is also just 10 minutes to glamorous St-Tropez Village, with its atmospheric “Vieux Port”, cobbled streets and abundance of shops, cafés and restaurants so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area. St Tropez’s with its many exclusive boutiques for everyone's need, as well as the large colorful market on Tuesday & Saturday.  If it is all too much after your shopping you can sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle.

The beach just a 5 minute walk from the Villa and a 15 minute drive from the property with it’s golden sandy stretches of Pampelonne beach, with the numerous famous beach restaurants such as Club 55, Nikki Beach - Les Palmiers to name a few.
