The property is very private, surrounded by fields and accessed via a long attractive tree lined driveway. To the front of the house there is a large garden and a very spacious terrace with seating and dining areas. To one side of the house, just off the kitchen, there is a pergola covered dining area. To the other side of the house there is a swimming pool 17mx 7m with a large fully equipped summer kitchen: barbecue, pizza oven, kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, oven, a small room can accommodate the staff with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilets, covered dining and seating area. There is an also sufficient parking space for a number of cars to the rear of the property. At the west side, the caretaker's house (with no view unto the Bastide) Kitchen garden and orchards. Petanque boules field.

The entrance to the house is quite spectacular, with a huge double-volume hallway with a stone "grand" staircase leading up to a gallery and the first & second floor bedrooms. The ground floor reception rooms are particularly light and spacious, and luxuriously decorated and furnished. The Terra cotta floor tiles blend harmoniously with the attractive pastel wall coloring and the Provencal furnishings in the rooms. Throughout there is a sense of understated style and elegance. There is Internet access, stereo and DVD player.

Ground Floor

Magnificent eye catching entrance hall from which there is access to all the ground floor rooms including French Billiard room, guest cloakroom, large main living room- 150m2- with big fireplace and vaulted ceilings,1/4 grand piano, bridge tables, books, sofas. Dining room with open fireplace and a TV room (satellite) and secondary living room with open fireplace. Study with computer at the guest's disposal.

Extremely light and spacious kitchen with breakfast table, large French range cooker, American fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, microwave, Nespresso maker, Magimix blenders, small fireplace dishwasher, and opening to side terrace with a plancha grill. Cool room for food / drink storage. The main living room, TV room, study and kitchen have outdoor access. There is a separate laundry room below stairs.

First Floor

There are 5 double bedrooms on the first floor, 4 to the south side of the 'bastide' and one to the west. The south side bedrooms include: the master bedroom with a pretty study, and en-suite bathroom (with bathtub, separate shower room, and separate WC); two double / twin bedrooms, both with separate full bathrooms but one with separate WC; and a double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The first floor last bedroom (to the west) is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with WC downstairs.

Second Floor

This floor is more suitable for children and nannies with its attic dormitory / playroom for children with A/C unit, a sitting area and bathroom; two double bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twin beds) sharing a bathroom; and separate WC.
