From the large courtyard you may gain access to the entrance hall with an elevator, a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed which opens onto the garden, a wellness room with large shower, hammam (steam bath), Jacuzzi, and a laundry room with two washers, two tumble dryers and garage entrance. There is a huge living room with several settees, bar and a fireplace, stereo, spacious dining room for 16 guests, a fully equipped kitchen which is amazing with its vaulted ceiling, active wine cellar* at the guest’s disposal with inventory listing.

On the first floor, there is a TV room / game room with large screen and an internet corner with two computers, a printer, etc. Four of the bedrooms are located on this floor. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. A third bedroom has a living area, complete bathroom and dressing room. The fourth one has a complete bathroom a corner living room and balcony. The fifth bedroom has a living room, bathroom with WC and a large terrace.

On the second floor, bedroom six has its own living room, access to a private terrace, and a complete bathroom. Each living room is equipped with a sofa, a safe, a mini-fridge, a TV, and a radio. On the same floor, there is the housekeeping corner.

Outside, Bastide Vallat is a beautifully landscaped property with its own kitchen garden and lavender field. The entrance to the property is through an electric gate. There is a nice pétanque court at the back. On the South side, there is a heated swimming pool (18 m x 6 m and depth min 1.30 m / max 1.80 m). It is maintained by automatic dosage with liquid chlorine – this is a law in France for rental properties to save the quality of water with these relatively high temperatures and there is fresh water that is filtered at least four times a day. The caretaker controls the water quality every morning. The swimming pool has an electric cover that is closed every night in July and August in order to keep the water temperature at 29°C (84°F). By the pool, there is a covered pool house with couches, a Weber gas BBQ, a cloakroom, a shower, and WC. There are also a two-car garage and a covered area for four cars.
