Set your keys in the bowl on the glass top table and follow the beautifully tiled floors throughout the home. To your right is the front living area featuring beautiful tile work, tan and white accents, and a high-end couch and loveseat. A floor-to-ceiling built-in entertainment center houses the lounge’s sleek flat-screen TV, along with locally inspired artwork and décor. 

Continue through the house and you’ll find the main living room. With a gentle push, you can slide open the sliding glass doors and expand the living room area out into the private patio. This fills the space with natural light and offers unobstructed views of the pool and channel behind the home. 

Right behind the main living room is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This space is a stunning blend of golds and whites and features granite countertops and high-end custom cabinets. Decorative light fixtures hang from the ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows allow sunlight to flood the kitchen. An elevated breakfast bar sits in between the kitchen and the dining room. Guests can sit in the high-top seats and enjoy a snack or a homemade breakfast before a day at the beach. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all of the kitchen gadgets and tools you need to cook for the whole family. Brew coffee in the coffee maker and enjoy a cup out by the pool, or heat leftovers in the microwave. The kitchen has a gourmet knife set, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and dishware. 

The open concept floor plan means guests can move effortlessly from the kitchen into the poolside formal dining area. A rectangular glass top table sits in a nook of windows overlooking the pool. This table has seating for eight and is the perfect place to enjoy a family-style dinner. Sliding glass doors lead from the dining area out to the lanai. There’s a wall-mounted TV in this room as well. 

The master bedroom is on the first floor and is a calming blend of blues and whites. It has a flat-screen TV on the wall and private access out to the pool. This spacious room has high ceilings, plenty of windows, and a classic wooden dresser to keep your things organized. The King size bed is covered in name-brand linens and is a soft place to relax after a long day at the beach. This master suite has a stunning private bathroom, with a deep jetted tub, elegant walk-in shower, double vanity areas, and nature-inspired décor. Guests in this room can watch their favorite shows from the comfort of their bed, or sneak out to the pool for a glass of wine after sunset. 

The staircase from the front living room leads to the upstairs bedroom and upstairs living area. The guest bedroom upstairs has an ultra-soft Queen size bed that faces a wall of windows. There is a flat-screen TV on the wall and room darkening curtains that shut out the light for a peaceful night’s sleep.

The third bedroom has two twin beds. This private bedroom features subtle beach-themed accents, locally inspired artwork,  and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom is just steps from the family bathroom. The sleek but simple family bathroom has a tub/shower combo and hotel-quality towels.

The fourth bedroom is a calming mix of pale blues and whites and offers breathtaking views of the channel. Guests will sleep soundly in the Queen size bed and can binge-watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Natural sunlight fills this room and is tucked away from the rest of the home for ultimate privacy.
