The eight suites (each named after palms) and the third-floor Bunk Room comprise ideal accommodations for groups of families, friends, or business associates, setting the stage for altogether fabulous vacations, reunions, weddings, retreats, and other occasions.

The villa boasts a covered patio opening to the pool and looking out to the beach, with multiple open and covered decks on the upper levels; some of the suites claim their own private decks or balconies for the perfect view of the Gulf Coast Sunset.

From the Great Room to the Media Room, from the richly equipped kitchen and airy dining rooms to the main-level lounge, the communal spaces at Sea Palms are equally inviting.

Completely personalized concierge services take things to the next level at Sea Palms Estate. Arrange for the kitchen and bars to be completely stocked with provisions to travel transportation needs. Request chef, bartending, and housekeeping services, set up poolside spa or beach yoga sessions, or schedule onsite cooking classes or wine tastings.

The splendors of Captiva Island and its surrounds—including Sanibel just next door with its restaurants, golf course, and shelling beaches, plus the waters of Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico—are yours to enjoy independently, of course, but we can also organize boat tours, fishing trips, and all sorts of other curated or guided outings.

Wedding Details
Can accommodate up to 50 guests An event fee would be required that ranges between $10-$20,000 and includes our staff plus access to our preferred vendor list. Guests would also be required to have a wedding planner. (Concierge can assist with acquiring a wedding planner) In addition to the event fee, a $10,000 refundable damage deposit is required, along with a signed Event Agreement.
