As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by a stunning courtyard-style foyer with a serene water feature and a grand wooden staircase. The open and breezy layout flows effortlessly through the living spaces, creating a calming ambiance infused with Caribbean vibes. Yarari 17 truly lives up to its name, meaning “a fine place” in the Taino language.

The heart of the villa is its lush outdoor space, designed for relaxation and entertainment. The large swimming pool with a wading area for children, a jacuzzi, and an expansive pool deck invite you to unwind under the tropical sun. Two covered terraces offer delightful spots for lounging or dining, with one featuring a cozy Palapa complete with a sofa and a large dining table for 10 guests. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a canopy king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a raised tub and shower. Two additional upstairs bedrooms, each with two queen beds, come with their own ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs, two more bedrooms, each with a king bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms, provide serene retreats.
