Bright and spacious, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath mountain retreat offers all the comforts of home with beautiful views of peaks 9 and 10.
The main level offers an open floor plan with a cozy family room with a wood-burning fireplace, an open kitchen overlooking the woods, two additional rooms with pull-out sofas, a washer and dryer, and a full and half bath. Quickly gear up in the spacious ski room where you’ll find plenty of storage and direct outdoor access. Upstairs you will find cozy bedrooms, renovated bathrooms, and a home office. At-home amenities throughout.
Walk to the free shuttle bus around the corner to quickly ride up to peaks 7 & 8, or to Main Street for sightseeing, shopping, and dining in downtown Breckenridge.
Soak in the 8-person hot tub or fire up the Weber grill to enjoy the ultimate après ski experience on the large deck overlooking the woods. The famous Breckenridge Nordic Center is one block away, offering snowshoeing, hiking, and cross-country skiing!
The Pines at Peak 8 offers plenty of space for a large group to come together, or you can easily split up and discover little nooks for some quiet time.
There is an attached heated garage with complimentary firewood. Up to 5 vehicles can park in the driveway. Please note, there is no on-street parking.
This home welcomes dogs with an additional pet fee of $100, per pet, plus tax.
