Located just steps from skiing, historic Main Street Breckenridge, and the Riverwalk Center, this 1,800-square-foot townhome is truly the perfect location.

Imperial guests will enjoy the open concept layout, with vaulted ceilings and sunny floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Imperial lift, and Horseshoe Bowl on Peak 8 from the great room and deck.

This home enjoys its own private hot tub on the deck just off the great room, with exclusive access to the Upper Village private outdoor pool and more hot tubs, just a one-minute walk away.

Relax in the comfortable great room with a gas fireplace and flat-screen 3D TV plus an Xbox and a large sectional couch. The open kitchen has all you need to create the perfect meal with seating for four at the kitchen bar or eight around the dining table.

On the upper level is the master king suite with big windows, a sitting area, and a beautifully remodeled en-suite with an oversized tiled shower and dual sinks. On the lower level are two more bedrooms, a queen room with a private hall bath and access to the lower patio, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bath.
