The Morse House is a historic home in Palm Springs that boasts a sleek mid-century modern exterior. This 3-bedroom, 4-bath home was designed by renowned architects Dan Palmer and William Krisel, and was later renovated by Hollywood architect Harold “Hal” Levitt. The house is located in the highly sought-after Vista Las Palmas neighborhood, and was the first to be designated a Class 1 Historic Site within the community.

Recently, this lovely home was fully restored and updated—even winning the Palm Springs Preservation Award in 2018. The Morse House is a unique vacation home for those who appreciate architecture and luxury living with its unobstructed mountain views, secluded backyard, and one-of-a-kind design.

Beyond the kitchen and dining room you will discover the newly added Media room with a flat screen smart TV; providing the ease of access to today’s streaming platforms but with a nod to a Hollywood viewing room.

The expansive primary suite features a comfortable king-sized bed, two sitting areas, and a freestanding Malm fireplace that adds additional beauty to the bedroom. The second bedroom is bright and airy, the perfect space for relaxation. The king-sized bed is centrally located and surrounded by plenty of natural lighting. Sliding glass doors lead guests to the outdoor patio, making it easy to come and go from the pool or hot tub.

Queen Bed

The newly remodeled third bedroom features a queen-sized bed with perfect pops of color and comfort. The skylight illuminates the room, making it a great place to relax after a long day.
