The adjacent dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and living room, features a welcoming dining table set for four, where guests can enjoy meals with a view of the yard.

The heart of the home lies in its travertine tiled kitchen, boasting high-end appliances and a custom-made island that provides ample workspace for culinary adventures. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or simply enjoy the art of cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals.

Seashore Delight offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, ensuring all guests a peaceful night’s sleep. The primary guest suite features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second guest suite houses a comfortable queen bed, with a second full bathroom conveniently located nearby. Both rooms are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, creating a serene space to retreat to at the end of the day. The living room sofa opens into a comfortable queen size bed.

Step outside to discover a private enclosed yard, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying the Del Mar sunshine, whether you are savoring a morning coffee or dining under the stars.

Situated in a friendly residential neighborhood, Seashore Delight is just a block away from a variety of dining options, including local favorites like West End, Aqua Mare, The Goat Sports Bar and Restaurant, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Buonasera Pizza and Roberto’s Mexican Food. Carmel Valley Market & Spirits, your neighborhood market, is also conveniently down the street. For larger groups needing extra space, the property includes a detached studio, available for rent alongside the main house. Both properties share garage amenities, including a washer and dryer, and offer separate private entrances, high-speed internet, central heating and air conditioning, and access to Spectrum cable TV and streaming channels (with subscriptions required for some apps).
