On entry, a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living room will greet your eyes with Guest Bedroom 3 situated directly to your right. This bedroom features two twin beds and a shower only en-suite.

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 are situated to the left through a short hallway. Guest Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and shower only en-suite. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, tub and shower en-suite with a double vanity and spacious floor-to-ceiling closets. This room provides easy access to the pool terrace and small garden.

Guest Bedroom 4 and its bathroom are located on the lower floor of the villa and have private access which cannot be gained from the main house.

Westmorland Hills offers private recreational facilities such as a fully-equipped gym, communal pool, café, and children's play area to residences and guests of the community solely.
