The White House was hand picked by the discerning owners during the Porters Place launch due to its prime position on the estate and its four bedroom, four bathroom appeal. A contemporary open plan layout is enhanced by elegant furnishings, artwork and lighting.

The living space is both vibrant and relaxing with meticulously chosen furnishings that capture the Caribbean spirit. Italian porcelain tiles throughout the villa are accentuated by natural-coloured rugs and the walls are adorned with local and international works of art. The living room features a 75-inch LG TV and along with the kitchen area, is air-conditioned.

The fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen featuring Quartz granite counter tops and Bosch appliances, is a breeze for those who wish to trial the Caribbean’s delightful culinary treats. Housekeeping is included in the villa rental and a chef or cook can be provided on request.

Sliding doors take you from the internal living and kitchen space onto the staking and functional covered dining terrace which features an eight seater sustainable teak dining table and padded chairs. A corner sectional sofa is ideal for lounging with a book or your morning coffee. The dining area seamlessly flows into the courtyard with sun deck, gardens, outdoor swinging egg chair and sustainable teak pool and lounge furniture with plush pads and cushions, and of course the amazing 20ft pool, perfect for day or night swimming. An outdoor shower is also situated on the sun deck.

The master suite is calm and contemporary, with soothing tones, a king sized bed and Egyptian cotton bedding. Sliding doors open onto the sun deck with the pool just steps away. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has a fan and the master ensuite is spacious with a double vanity and walk in shower.

Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 are ensuite and guest bedroom 4 has a family bathroom with overhead shower. Two of the guest bedrooms feature king beds and the third guest bedroom has twin beds that can be converted to a king. All guest bedrooms come complete with flat screen TVs, fast speed internet, air conditioning, ceiling fans and the finest bedding.

Communal facilities include a club house, air conditioned gym, shared community vegetable and herb garden and onsite concierge. For your safety & security Porters Place is a gated community with a perimeter fence for the development, security lighting around whole site, site surveillance and a gate entry system (entry via pin number).

The White House is a carbon neutral property, photovoltaic solar panels provide electricity and naturally heated hot water tanks provide the hot water for the villa. There are two parking spots provided for the villa and additional parking is available on site.
