Overview

This villa's unique flower-shaped design is perfect for large groups because all three levels have a central area surrounded by smaller rooms in the "petals," or alcoves. 

All bedrooms are designed with comfort and style in mind and feature luxurious bedding, en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and panoramic ocean vistas. With one very spacious principal bedroom suite, four additional guest bedrooms, and a fifth room with a day bed, Blue Diamond can comfortably accommodate up to eleven adults. 

If additional space is required, Petit Topaz, a one-bedroom pied-a-terre, can also be rented, providing accommodation for up to four extra guests, fifteen in total.

Blue Diamond features a magnificent Grand Room with 21-foot high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows in addition to a triangular, glass-topped table in the formal dining room that can seat up to fourteen people. A custom-built semicircle bar that includes a cooktop and refrigerator leads into the gourmet kitchen, and private powder rooms lie in the surrounding alcoves. 

The second floor features a fully-stocked entertainment room with a custom-made pool table, two card tables, a ping-pong table, and an ocean view. 

Exterior features include a beach-front, heated swimming pool, a spacious deck with chaise lounges, umbrellas, a hammock, an outdoor covered terrace with dining space, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and St. Martin.
